Confidentially and the proper treatment of information's supplied by you and MSI is essential and MSI always respects your right to privacy. MSI vows to protection all information you provide to MSI and asks you to do the same. A mutual understanding is essential so all information supplied by you or MSI is handled appropriately. A lot of search firms and recruiters say a lot of things. MSI puts it in writing

A mutual confidentiality pledge:

"Confidential Information" shall mean Personal/Business proprietary information related to Personal/business information, methods, sources, opinions and rules that you or MSI disclose to one another either directly or indirectly, in writing, via telephone, fax, email or other means of communications or in any other way.

• We both agree that we will not disclose confidential information without the permission to do so.
• We both agree that we will not make any commercial use of confidential information received for separate agreements.
• MSI agree that all information supplied by you will be treated with the same confidentiality and care that we use in the protection of our own proprietary information
• MIS will disclose all information on any position of interest to you once you have given MSI your resume and agreed to this confidentiality pledge.
  
• Your resumes will be submitted to clients only with your authorization.
• You agree not to directly seek employment with MSI's client
• Your present compensation will not be discussed with a client without your authorization.
• MSI will not charge you for any of its services.
• Before on site interviews happen, you agree to authorize MSI to:

1. Do a background investigation that includes criminal and Homeland Security check.
2. Do references checks
3. Verify education, license and citizenship
